In partnership with Johnstone's Pharmacy we offer a scholarship to people who are pursing post-secondary education or training and are either staff, volunteers, board members or family members. Gail Gullison was a resident at Nashwaak Villa who had great leadership qualities. The Gail Gullison award is given through the New Brunswick Association of Nursing Homes to a resident of a New Brunswick Nursing Home who has leadership qualities. Helping Hands is a group of volunteers who run the girft shop and raise money for Nashwaak Villa and choose how they want to use this money to support the Villa. Donating to staff education will allow staff to obtain further training so that they can better serve our residents. This education can include but is not limited to plain tree retreats, back in form training, and training to increase skills for nursing staff.
